Technology is a tool to make better experiences and stronger relationships. This is the most basic truth why technology has evolved to what it is today. 

This most basic truth is what technology users oftentimes forget even on a personal level:

An alarm goes off from a mobile phone to signal the start of the day. Should we check emails immediately? Get updated on what happened on Socials from the last 6 to 8 hours while we were asleep? Or should we use this time to be mindful of the day ahead with a cup of coffee or tea. Seems unrealistic? What about this question - what is your most ideal way to spend the time between waking up and getting ready for work? Technology helps us to start the day but it doesn't tell us to spend time with it. 

Technology as a tool leaves its users with 2 options - to get lost in it or to get hold of it.

Unfortunately, getting lost in the maze of technology and process can be an all too common scenario in the workplace too. Zoom Recruitment is not an exception. That's why we're doing something about it.

Since launching this initiative, the process from job role creation to the selection process has shortened significantly from more than 2 weeks to an average of only 3 days. This technology has liberated our recruiters from manual reviews and has given them so much time to focus on what matters most - to be actually involved in the human process and spend time with job candidates and with our clients to truly understand what they value and how they operate.

Of course, there are still certain challenges that technology cannot solve yet but knowing that experiences and relationships are at the top of our list steers our decisions to never compromise on what is most important - people.
