Tania is very much about people, and the ethics around how Zoom Recruitment treats people is something she’s very passionate about.

As an Account Manager, Tania has a wonderful focus on both our clients and our candidates. At Zoom Recruitment, our people work to bear solutions at every point of the client and candidate journey. In Tania’s case, her genuine approach and clear style of communication make her a real problem solver, providing solutions to both clients and candidates at critical times.

With her industry knowledge and her many years of experience, Tania has the great ability to manage many spinning plates. She’s capable of having a laugh in the office and then switching on her focus to deal with major incidences without any drama – and then getting back to laughing about something we were discussing previously.

Her professional attributes are delivered by a great personality – and it’s her appetite for fun that makes the Zoom Recruitment office here in the Sunshine State a fantastic workplace.

Tania also becomes a mentor to some of the candidates she deals with, with many calling her ‘Auntie.’ This is just one of the ways that she Makes People Matter every day.

Originally from Auckland, New Zealand, Tania has 2 children and 4 grandchildren who still live there. Family and friends, and let’s not forget her Neapolitan Mastiff, Kilo, are valued most in her life.

Her passion for outrigging and her preparation for this is an inspiration - during one particular training session she burnt 1,600 calories! Tania and her husband are sporty, and for Tania, being out on the water just takes all her worries away.

When Tania started at Zoom Recruitment about a year ago, her strategy was to understand our systems and our focus on candidate care. From here, it didn’t take long for me to understand I was dealing with someone who I could brainstorm ideas with and collaborate with on best practices for reaching our company goals. All of the daily tasks that a recruitment firm can present to you, make my job exciting; working with my team, makes it fun.
