Our National Contact Centre

Make the process work for people.

Earlier this year, we posed the question of how we can Make People Matter in an Increasingly Technological World. With a rapidly growing number of automated solutions available at our fingertips, we explored how Zoom Recruitment has embraced these technologies as an opportunity to Make People Matter. By using technology to cut back on the admin that so easily weighs us down, it means that we have more time to spend on what matters most to us – people.

To ensure that our people-focused process continues long after placements are fulfilled, last year we established a support line that's available 24/7 for our external workforce and our clients.

Our fully-integrated National Contact Centre aims to bear solutions at every point of the client and candidate journey. Since January 2021, we have answered calls for rostering help from both client and candidate requests, resolved worksite challenges remotely, and responded to late-night and early-morning requests promptly - just to name a few. We pride ourselves on our quality service and welcoming attitude. It is the dedication of our contact centre staff and their industry experience that make our process work for people.
