Earlier this year, we posed the question of how we can Make People Matter in an Increasingly Technological World. With a rapidly growing number of automated solutions available at our fingertips, we explored how Zoom Recruitment has embraced these technologies as an opportunity to Make People Matter. By using technology to cut back on the admin that so easily weighs us down, it means that we have more time to spend on what matters most to us – people.
After almost 20 years of shaking up the industry and setting higher standards every day, we thought it time to stop and see where we’re at - and to freshen things up a bit. And while we hope you enjoy our new look and feel, we are reminded of something that isn’t new. In fact it’s been at the heart of all we do from day one.
I believe in the world-changing potential that each person has in them. If every person will strive to become the best version of themselves - in their work, and in their relationships, they will change the world of the people around them for the better. Change has a ripple effect. People who get the best treatment, pay it forward. Suddenly, the world becomes a better place.
We are proudest when we hear this from our clients and our people. With hard work and commitment, I am happy to say, we hear this all the time. It is also the most expressed compliment our people say to one another. It’s a simple phrase but weighs a ton.
